Exhibitions run for 1 week minimum ( Introductory 2 week rental discount applies )
Artists are responsible for
Supervising their exhibition
Organising their mailing list
Printing of invitations/emailing/sending invitations
Hanging their own show.
Artists are asked to submit images of work and a C.V.
Bookings are made when at least half of the work is completed.
The gallery weekly rent is $550 a week. Discounted $950 for 2 weeks.
NO Artist Commission is taken.
A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required within seven days on confirmation of exhibition. The balance is to be paid one month prior to installation.
In addition to the exhibition fee, a $100 returnable bond will be taken. This will be returned after the exhibition concludes providing keys are returned and the space is returned to its original condition.
Payment can be made by direct debit or credit card
ZETLAND STORE GALLERY will take care to ensure the safety and security of artwork, but takes no financial responsibility for loss, damage, or theft.
ZETLAND STORE GALLERY encourages artists to take out their own insurance.
Exhibitors are required to discuss their installation plan with ZETLAND ART GALLERY several weeks prior to installation. This enables us to respond to any potential issues and offer advice and support that may be possible. Please ensure you familiarise yourself with the physical space of the gallery.
Artists are responsible for all shipping and transport costs to and from the gallery.
You are responsible for bump in, minding the gallery during opening hours and bump out of the hire period.
Gallery hours are 11-5pm Wed - Sat
Bump in is after 2pm on the Monday & bump out is Sunday 11am-2pm
No alcohol is allowed outside the venue at any time
Unfortunately we are only allowed a certain number of opening nights due to being a residential area. So please enquire when you book
